Our most popular menu item is the hamburger steak! It's a must-try dish that you should try at least once when you visit Konoyoshi.The meat used is a perfect balance of ground meat, consisting of 80% Hokkaido beef and 20% Ebetsu-produced branded pork "Amamu Pork."The key is the gluten binder, which keeps the meat juices and flavor from escaping.
